refunds & cancellations

If you haven’t received your box yet, first check your bank account to see that payment has been taken

. 

Please note that if you have cancelled your subscription, you may still receive one last box depending on when you cancelled and your last payment was taken.

E.g If you cancelled on January 8th but your payment was taken on January 3rd  you will receive one last box.

Secondly please do check if you've received a dispatch email to say that your order has been shipped.

3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions are non-refundable.

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date you recieved your order.

Please include a note stating which item is being returned and why, ensuring items are still in their original packaging with no signs of wear/damage.  Please note we may request imagery to support your return.

Any items that are sent back in an unsaleable condition and do not comply with our returns policy will not be refunded and may be sent back at the customer's expense.
