Tingle is a self-care box made for girls by girls.
What products will I get?
Each month is a suprise, but what we will tell you is that each box is full of exciting goodies to help you make sure everyday is a self-care day! You'll be treated with a mix of beauty, skincare, haircare and intimate products an sometimes we might throw in a sweet treat!
How does Tingle work?
Tingle is a 'pay-as-you-go' rolling subscription box, where you're charged every month.

We're super transparent here at Tingle - NO HIDDEN COSTS!
How often will I receive a Tingle box?
We pack and send our boxes on the 7th of the month. If they’re any later, we’ll keep you updated through our social media channels or vial email.
How do pre-orders work?
When you pre-order your Tingle box, you will pay for the upcoming box immediately. You will then not be charged again until the payment for the following box is due. Your Tingle Box will then be sent out to you on our official dispatch day.
Do you ship worldwide + How does Brexit affect my Subscription?
We do ship worldwide, however due to Brexit we are unable to ship to new customers within Europe for the time being. Any existing EU subscribers will continue to receive their boxes as per their subscription - however there may be delays once dispatched for which we do apologise
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
We'd be super sad to see you go, but if you would like to cancel your subscription, simply pop us over an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Cancel my subscription' and you will receive an confirmation within 24-48 hours.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders should be dispatched within 1-2 business days and then delivered between 1-4 business days. So all in all, as quick as possible! We’d love to say all orders will be with you within 2-3 business days but we need to account for the post man being a little slow sometimes! Please sit tight and if you’re feeling restless then don’t hesitate to drop us an email.
I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?
Us! But please remember, all orders are processed Monday through till Friday but are NOT processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. Don’t forget to allow 1-2 business days for order processing too. Once dispatched you will receive an email from us and in some cases a tracking email from our delivery partners.
